OpenTV-Remote 0.9.1 — Project naming cleanup
Free and open source under the MIT License.
This development patch completes the OpenTV-Remote naming cleanup.
- Xcode project, scheme, executable, app folder and source entry point now use OpenTVRemote. Swift core module is OpenTVRemoteCore.
- Android app/theme/mark/drawable names and the overlooked onboarding wordmark are updated.
- Existing application IDs, signing settings and pairing/layout storage namespaces are preserved. The Android APK uses the same signing certificate as v0.9.0.
- Download page includes real remote screenshots, full-size image links, SHA-256 verification and the updated iPhone installation guide.
Android: install the attached APK on Android 9+. iPhone: download the source and open ios/OpenTVRemote.xcodeproj with the OpenTVRemote scheme, then use your own signing team and Xcode Run. No signed IPA/TestFlight download is provided.
Verified: 158 Android tests, APK build/lint, 45 Swift Core tests, both iOS builds/bundle audits, 2 native iPhone Simulator tests and 18 download-page tests passed. This is still a development preview; new live keyboard behavior has not been qualified on physical YouTube Search/TV Bro hardware.
