Monitoring

• Removed the per-repo Start/Stop toggle. Every repo on the Workspace is now always watched and live. The watchers are event-driven (FSEvents), so idle cost is ~zero and only the changed repo does a full git read on refresh.

Workspace cards

• The whole card header is now a clickable link that opens the repo's standalone page (same tab), with a chevron-right affordance.
• The drag handle moved to a small horizontal grip centered near the top of the card (hover-reveal).
• Removed the current-branch label and the worktree-status dot from each card.
• Keyboard focus ring on the clickable header.

Diff panel

• Dropped the test/non-test stats breakdown in the commit summary.
• Unified add/del/modified colors under shared semantic tokens.

Internal

• Removed the persisted active flag from repo history; old history files are normalized on read.
