Version 1.0.1:

  • Added option to select the clustering method in the clustered heatmap (both in SynTracker mode and in ANI mode).
  • Changed the way NA cells are treated in the scoring matrix given to the clustered-heatmap. Now they are filled with the mean score -> it improves the clustering.
  • Fixed definition of custom colormap in the clustered heatmap plots.
  • Fixed the display of species in the multiple species boxplot.
