macOS / Linux：

修复

  • macOS：更新后选"立刻重启"不再报 Input/output error (os error 5)：旧实现从工作线程
    spawn 新进程再 exit(0)，新版本继承的是旧进程组的进程组——旧进程一退出它就不再是
    终端的前台进程组，macOS 上任何 termios 初始化直接返回 EIO，还没开局就死。
    现在 unix 上改用 exec 原地替换进程映像（pid、进程组、控制终端全部保留），
    并把拉起动作挪回主线程执行；Windows 无此语义，维持 spawn。
