CRAFT v5.1.0

Updated the CHEBI, CL, GO_BP, GO_CC, GO_MF, MOP, NCBITaxon, and PR concept annotations, including: (1) checked the article text and created new annotations for mentions of new classes in the updated ontologies; (2) removed or replaced annotations with deprecated classes in the updated ontologies; and (3) otherwise checked validity of annotations with extant classes in the updated ontologies. Removed taxonomic rank annotations from the NCBITaxon annotation sets and created a new TAXRANK directory for these annotations, following the deprecation of these classes in the NCBITaxon ontology and development of the new TAXRANK ontology for these classes. Updated extension classes for these ontologies and created, removed, or edited corresponding annotations. Created text files of semantic interpretations for specified classes of these ontologies and included these interpretations as attributes of the annotation elements within the annotation files.
