Bugfix for URL-signing and dataset creation where in certain situations where the fields contained quotes, an invalid JSON was produced.

This release contain a fix for the edge case in URL signing: when signing a URL with an URL-encoded query parameter, the URL signature was not valid (bad signed URL response).

Bug fix

This release fixes a problem when signing a URL for an unknown user. If the user in the signed URL does not correspond to the provided user, an error is returned now.
