Generally looks good!
Locally test is stuck for me at:

}due to:
currentChannelABalance: 92999000, prePaymentBalanceAToB: 89999000
currentChannelBBalance: 99999000, prePaymentBalanceBToA: 99999000
This is probably connected to the recent changes in handling balance_msat?
