Measured: a session carrying one unresolvable image reference reports missing=1 in the check and missingAttachments: 1 in the import report; a clean bundle reports 0.

Import into a new root, with path rewriting.

• Import into a new root: give one directory and each bundled project is created at <root>/<project>.
• Rewrite old paths: historical tool calls and results have the old absolute paths replaced, so a resumed conversation finds its files.
• Cleanup: drop project registrations whose directory is gone and that hold no sessions.
• Still included: incremental bundle update from 0.2.0.

Measured: migrating one project into a new root reported rewritten=1054 path replacements and ungrouped=0.

Incremental sync for migration bundles.

• Update an existing bundle instead of re-copying everything: only added or changed files are written, deleted files are removed.
• Sessions are reused when their source log size and event count are unchanged — no re-encoding.
• The update stays scoped to the bundle's own workspace set.

Measured on a 3-file workspace: edit 1 / delete 1 / add 1 → copied=2 removed=1; a second run → copied=0 unchanged=2; an idle session → reused=1, sessionBytes=0.

• Undo: a finished import can be rolled back; only objects created by the same process are eligible.
