Cursor Selector 1.3.1

• Cursor Selector now looks for a new version every hour while it runs, and still checks a few seconds after it starts.
• If clicking the version can't reach GitHub (no connection, or GitHub is busy), it now says so instead of "No newer version found".
• A copy saved under another name, like CursorSelector (1).exe, now updates itself too.
