MIT-licensed source and local-install tgz for a minimal offline DeepSeek Harness peak/idle indicator. Uses Beijing time, displays 梁文峰 / 梁文谷, and briefly notifies on entering peak time or opening/switching a session during peak time.

Scope and limitations

• Offline calendar covers 2026 only. Uncovered years and ambiguous leave weekdays during a possible peak window return unknown and display 时段待确认, with no peak/idle claim and no notification. Weekends and provable off-peak windows remain idle.
• Peak windows are [09:00,12:00) and [14:00,18:00), Monday–Friday excluding statutory holidays. This is a display convention, not a billing guarantee.
• Automated verification: build, bundled-client syntax check, and all 13 Node tests passed, including VM smoke tests. No automated real-desktop visual or interaction acceptance was performed; real React/DOM layout, route switching, reduced-motion and end-to-end desktop behavior remain unverified. User installation feedback is not compatibility/visual acceptance.
• No runtime network, account/credential/environment access, persistence, model calls, or npm dependencies. No desktop profile was modified during this release.
• Not published to npm. No plugin-market application or listing is claimed; any future market submission must wait until this repository is at least 24 hours old.
