v0.1.0 — first public release

Renders the whole DSH Web UI in Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) by converting the DOM instead of shipping a language pack.

• engine: OpenCC cn -> twp (vendored opencc-js) plus curated Taiwan-wording overrides
• covers DSH's own copy, third-party plugin copy, and copy added by later DSH versions
• never touches code, editors, form values, contenteditable, SVG, or anything marked data-zh-tw-skip / translate=no
• no DSH API, no dictionary registration, no peer dependencies: DSH's compatibility gate can never skip it
• reversible install/uninstall with profile backups
• 14 tests, including end-to-end loading through DSH's real window.ModuleLoader protocol

Install:

cd dsh-zh-tw-ui
node install.mjs --profile desktop
(then restart DeepSeek Harness)

Known limits: display-layer conversion only; canvas and cross-origin iframes are not converted; not a language pack, so DSH's Language list is unchanged.
