Fixed

• The up and down arrows on number settings stay inside their box. Settings such as
  Dismiss after and History size used to show their arrows in a pop-up that stayed open
  after you clicked elsewhere on the page and moved along with the page as you scrolled.
  The arrows are now always shown in the box, as on macOS.
• Closing the settings window gives its memory back. macshot used to keep the memory
  the open window had used until your next capture.
