Packaging release: no behaviour change.

• Adds the dsh.bundle manifest and a root cordis.patch.yml, so the plugin mounts by name (dsh plugin add dsh-files-pane) as well as from a checkout path.
• Adds the MIT LICENSE and npm-facing metadata; the package is no longer private.
• README: both install shapes, and the warning not to mount the same package from two sources at once.

A Session View tab (对话 / 轨迹 / 文件) for the DSH Web GUI that browses the host's files and reads them in place, instead of handing a path to a native desktop opener a headless host cannot honour.

• Host half: two same-origin POST routes (/dsh-files-pane/list, /dsh-files-pane/read) over the deployment's own fs service.
• Browser half: one hand-written module-table bundle — no build step, no dependencies.
• Markdown and code render through the shipped MarkdownText / CodeBlock; relative Markdown images are read from the host.
• Two-column directory navigation, editable path with ~ expansion, merged header with fish-style shortening, collapsible listing, non-blanking load states.
