  • Aligned quota bars with rounded remaining percentages: when either window rounds to 0%, its final segment disappears and the whole dual bar uses the error background, while the other half retains its quota. The 5-hour reset countdown follows the same zero boundary; near-full quota still rounds to the nearest 5% step.
