0.56.2: Canonical Queue Reactions

• Queue reactions: Only thumbs-up selects Priority, thumbs-down selects Skip, and fire selects Steer. Heart, dove, ghost, broken-heart, poop and wastebasket aliases are no longer controls. Unsupported reactions neither flush waiting input nor change queue intent; removing a supported reaction does not fall back to a retired alias. Only thumbs-down cancels a waiting standalone Continue.
• Queue display: Priority and Skip badges use thumbs-up and thumbs-down even for retained older metadata. Existing lane, disposition, source and receipt authority remain unchanged; Control keeps its lightning label, not a reaction shortcut.
