CONST API Client client-v0.1.53

CONST API desktop client release.

The macOS app and DMG are signed with Apple Developer ID, notarized by Apple,
and carry stapled notarization tickets. Windows does not yet include
Authenticode signing. Linux AppImage has no platform package signature.
This release does not include a server container image.

First install:

• Download const-api_0.1.53_macos-aarch64.dmg for Apple Silicon Macs.
• Download const-api_0.1.53_macos-x86_64.dmg for Intel Macs.
• Download const-api_0.1.53_windows-x86_64-setup.exe for Windows.
• Download const-api_0.1.53_linux-x86_64.AppImage for Linux.
• Follow mac-install.md for macOS installation and signature verification.

Auto update:

• latest.json points to the signed updater artifact for macOS, Windows, and Linux.
• The .sig files are Tauri updater signatures, separate from Apple Developer ID signing.
