Restore native DeepSeek Responses reasoning for tool continuations using authenticated key, conversation and requested-model scoped caching. Protect successful plain-item reasoning from failed attempts, retain named and multiline SSE events, and align equivalent anonymous text inputs.

Fix TypeSafe versioned base URL joining and Google-style HTTP 503 status mapping. Upgrade compatible Go x/* dependencies and record the reviewed upstream v2.2.42 checkpoint. Operations and request-capture modules remain deferred. No frontend or database migration changes.
