Major rewrite featuring several backward-incompatible changes.

  • Completely rewritten/refactored the majority of the codebase.
  • The primary improvements relate to memory usage. There were approximately ten sections of the legacy codebase that caused Popper to run out of memory during runs exceeding 20 minutes. The changes stop the maintenance of paired success sets and remove a significant amount of redundant/expensive caching.
  • The Combiner now defaults to CPSAT. Whilst performance is generally inferior to RC2, CPSAT is an 'anytime' solver and offers greater memory stability.
  • Dropped the signal dependency.
  • Removed some of the preprocessing.
