• Preserve negative timedelta values, including subsecond durations, when binding
  text-protocol parameters to TIME columns (#166).
• Drain every unread streaming result before advancing, closing the cursor, or sending
  another command. Discard abandoned streaming connections during finalization without
  creating unawaited cleanup coroutines (#165).
• Build wheels for Python 3.15 and free-threaded 3.15t. cibuildwheel 4 no longer builds
  free-threaded 3.13t, so 3.13t wheels are dropped and pip builds asyncmy from the sdist there.
