• The formula's post-install LaunchServices step. Homebrew never ran it and its sandbox would block it;
  the daemon already registers its bundle at startup.

Homebrew (prebuilt universal binary):

brew install looskis/tap/pingski

Manual: download pingski-0.1.1-macos-universal.tar.gz, extract it anywhere and run
bin/pingski, or drop Pingski.app from the zip into /Applications. Archives downloaded with
a browser carry the quarantine flag; clear it with xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine <path>.
