ACMX2 v1.3.6 for Windows X64 - important bug fixes

This version has important bug fixes, for when running the program for a long period of time.
This properly handles floating-point and integer operations to avoid overflow, and releases all resources.
Also updates to the interface adding a Restore defaults to the Properties dialog

New modes:
Press the P key to toggle when not in Camera mode to pause the video but still apply shader effects
Press the L key to toggle when not in Camera mode to freeze the video so you can change effects.

This new shader pack is incompatible with old versions of the app
