• GPU and non-MLX install profiles resolve again on Python 3.11 and 3.12. all-gpu and
  all-non-mlx still capped NumPy below 2 on Python < 3.13, while abstractvision[all-gpu]
  requires NumPy 2. So abstractcore[all-gpu], and every GPU profile built on it
  (abstractruntime[gpu], abstractagent[gpu], abstractgateway[gpu],
  abstractframework[gpu]), could only be installed on Python 3.13. Both extras now allow
  numpy>=1.20.0,<3.0.0, as all, embeddings, full-dev and test already did.
• Known limit: on Python 3.10, all-gpu and all-apple are still not installable. The TTS
  engine that abstractvoice[all-gpu] / abstractvoice[all-apple] bring in (f5-tts) needs
  NumPy 1.x on Python 3.10, and the vision and MLX stacks need NumPy 2. Use Python 3.11 or
  newer for these profiles.
