Pins AbstractGateway 0.15.11 and AbstractMemory 0.3.1 across the light, Apple and GPU
profiles. Other package pins are unchanged from 0.11.13.

• The gateway carries an optional seam for AbstractNote (a notebook of your own notes as a temporal
  knowledge graph, a separate package): when abstractnote is installed in the gateway's environment,
  its tools are bound per plane next to the skills, its /api/gateway/note routes answer behind the
  gateway sign-in and its workflows load in every plane; the console's Apps page lists the Note app.
  Without the package the gateway behaves as before.
• AbstractMemory's SQLite and in-memory stores can close an assertion in place (close_assertion),
  which a superseded claim needs; nothing else changes for callers.
• The abstractnote checkout is ignored by the root repository like the other sibling packages.
• Who is affected: everyone upgrading; abstractgateway update shows this and runs it.
