• The bundled registry ships the abstract-release skill: plan and run an
  AbstractFramework release wave in dependency order, with the per-package
  release mechanics (tag push or workflow dispatch, publishing-environment
  policies), the gates (adversarial review before merge, real end-to-end
  proof, merge only on all-green, registry visibility, dependency-floor
  propagation) and a final report template. It ships two scripts, a
  read-only release planner and a PyPI/npm visibility gate, so the trust gate
  marks it requires_review until an operator enables it.

• The bundled coredoc skill carries a release checklist: update the
  package's version source, the README badges, install snippets and
  what's-new pointer, the registry and GitHub package metadata, regenerate
  the llms files and docs index, and record the backlog and ADR trace.
• The bundled registry holds 15 skills; its version moves to 2026.10.27.
