Orbit Dock, a new optional overlay style that keeps the app you are using in view.
What's new
- Choose Dock in Settings, Look & Feel, Overlay style; your current style stays until you switch.
- Dock opens as a slim floating bar with no dimming, and taps beside it still reach the app underneath.
- While Orbit answers, a short live preview appears above the bar; tap it or swipe up for the full conversation.
- A soft accent glow marks each finished answer once, and Completion pulse in Settings turns it off.
- Use screen is still a tap you choose, so nothing on your screen is shared without asking.
- Thanks to community developer Tx13758627780, whose Orbit fork inspired Dock.

Choose your reminder app: reminders can now go to Samsung Reminder or stay in Orbit.
What's new
- Settings > Reminders has a new Default reminder app choice: Orbit Reminders or Samsung Reminder.
- Samsung Reminder opens with your reminder filled in and you tap Save there; Orbit never claims it was saved for you.
- Say "create a Samsung Reminder" or "set an Orbit reminder" to pick a destination for one reminder.
- Orbit Reminders can now repeat daily or weekly, like "every Friday at 8 PM".
- If Samsung Reminder is unavailable, nothing is created and Orbit offers to use Orbit Reminders instead.
- Existing users keep Orbit Reminders, and existing reminders are untouched.

What's new
- Orbit renews your ChatGPT session automatically, including older sessions, so requests no longer get stuck failing until you sign out and back in.
- After an unexplained ChatGPT failure, Orbit renews the session before your next request or retry.
- Temporary ChatGPT problems no longer sign you out, and an ended session shows a Sign in again button; your chats are kept.
- Times New Roman displays as a serif font again on Samsung phones where it had fallen back to the default font, in previews too.
- Orbit does not include the Times New Roman font itself; your phone's Times New Roman or Android's serif font is used.

Fixes

Known limitations
- Orbit does not include the Times New Roman font; it uses your phone's Times New Roman if present, otherwise Android's built-in serif font.
- Both fixes are covered by automated tests but have not yet been confirmed on a One UI 9 device.

- Beta 1's Float is now called Modern, and it is the default overlay; if you chose Float in Beta 1, you keep that same look.
- The new Float is a truly compact assistant that sits near the bottom of the screen.
- Float grows only when a conversation needs the room, then scrolls instead of taking over the screen.
- Modern also wastes less space when the conversation is empty.
- Classic remains available, unchanged, and every style keeps all of Orbit's capabilities.

What's new
- Pick the provider, model and strength for each chat from a searchable Model Library with ChatGPT, Claude, Grok and OpenRouter.
- Sign in with ChatGPT or OpenRouter through your browser; API keys still work for Claude, Grok and OpenRouter.
- Auto can pick a model for each message, but only from the providers you allow, and a model you choose is always the one that answers.
- Edit earlier messages into branches, flip between retried answers, and watch a ring show how full the chat is.
- New chats get automatic titles, and Continue in new chat carries a short summary forward.
