Code Interpreter sandbox

The DifySandbox backend was removed. ChatHub no longer reads SANDBOX_PROVIDER or CODE_INTERPRETER_SANDBOX_URL.

The Sandbox builtin runs on OpenSandbox. Setup, the image under docker/opensandbox, and the OPENSANDBOX_* / SANDBOX_* variables are on Sandbox (OpenSandbox).

If Compose still has a code-interpreter service, remove that service and its depends_on entry together, then set the OpenSandbox variables and recreate ChatHub.
