Security and maintenance update.
- Update Symfony components to 8.1.11 for the security advisories published on November 4.
- Refresh Laravel, Inertia, React, UI packages, build tooling, and development dependencies. Migrate the Vite React compiler configuration and use TypeScript 6.0.3 within the supported lint-tooling range.
- Update pinned PHP, Node, Composer and PostgreSQL images and the Docker login/Cosign installer Actions.
- Fix owner profile updates, administrator labels, atomic CSV imports, inventory health preservation, complete collection-event history, and responsive user management.
- Enable configuration comparison with revision selection and error handling.
- Improve sidebar and appearance-option contrast and language-selector accessibility.
Use the attached digest-pinned Compose and signed update manifest. Images support linux/amd64 and linux/arm64. Existing installations should back up their data and use the complete release Compose to keep services aligned.
