What's changed

Terminal

  • Shells now survive a page reload, a closed window or a dropped connection. When you come back they reconnect and replay their recent output. A shell ends only when you close its tab.
  • Terminal tabs keep their order and names after a reload, and the one you were using comes back in front.
  • Find in terminal output: Cmd+F, or Ctrl+Shift+F on Windows and Linux.
  • Cmd/Ctrl+click a file:line path in the output to open the file at that line.
  • Add to chat (Cmd/Ctrl+L) sends the selected output to the composer.
  • Ctrl+Shift+C/V copy and paste on Windows and Linux.
  • The terminal no longer takes focus away from the composer.
  • If the same shell is opened in another window, the terminal says so, and Reconnect brings it back here.

Agents and previews

  • You can open the lead agent from a subagent's session, either from its header or from any message the lead sent. The lead's messages carry a "From lead" chip.
  • The agent can test pages it opened without you keeping the Preview tab open. Page actions wait for the page to load instead of failing.

Desktop

  • The pet no longer blocks window sharing in Zoom, Meet and other screen-share pickers. Its window is now a narrow strip around the pet and is kept out of captures.
  • The pet now and then climbs a ladder, floats up on a balloon (click it to pop) or falls. You can turn this off with "Ladders and balloons" in the pet settings.
  • The tray popup shows provider limits and actions, without a session list or a status line while everything is healthy.
  • The notch no longer says "Running".

Chat

  • In the model picker, accounts on credit or spend-capped plans show how much is left.
  • Question cards have only Back and Next, with Send in place of Next on the last question.
  • Right-click or long-press on a message or code selects text and opens the system menu.
  • The turn footer no longer has an Undo button (/undo still works), and the Plan tab drops its per-block Comment action.
  • Hovering the line under a prompt shows a single tooltip with the model and thinking level.
  • Fixed: typing a long message no longer scrolls the chat under the composer.
  • Fixed: queued messages are shown at the bottom of the transcript again.
  • Panels slide more smoothly.

Maintenance

  • Removed the unused question-dismiss API route (Stop still closes a waiting question), the old v2 Python plugins and unused dependencies.
  • Updated Rust, web and CI dependencies.
