• Fix: white text on a white button in dark mode. On a stock DSH theme in dark mode the host primary colour is near white, but the compose button (whose text also lost to a generic button rule and took the label colour), primary buttons, the queue badge, brand pills and the All inboxes avatar had hard-coded white text. They now use the host's paired foreground token (--dsw-alias-label-primary-foreground, white as the fallback), so they read in light and dark and with custom themes.

• IMAP, POP3 and SMTP accounts with a local cache and a Mail reading tab; Google and Microsoft through OAuth2 (bring your own OAuth client); EU-first provider presets; SendGrid, Lettermint, Resend, AgentMail as senders.
• IMAP IDLE push, full-text search, Drafts sync, Markdown and rich compose with autosave, undo send.
• Bulk mail guard rails: signed per-recipient unsubscribe links (mailto and RFC 8058 one-click), suppression lists, campaigns.
• Agent safety: every send result starts with SENT, DRAFT ONLY or SCHEDULED, and the tool descriptions state what each mail mode does.
• Server-side and encrypted: remote mail content only through a signed server proxy, https-only provider APIs, TLS required for IMAP, POP3 and SMTP.
• Stable MAIL_* error codes, mail_doctor tool and doctor route, troubleshooting docs. Runs on DSH 0.1.5 and 0.2.x.

Install: dsh plugin --profile web add github:lucagiftzek/dsh-mail, then restart dsh web. (The npm name dsh-mail is an unrelated package.)
