BioModelling Pro is now archived in Zenodo, so the citation carries its DOI. The concept DOI 10.5281/zenodo.22907825 — which always resolves to the latest version — was added to the README, the Spanish readme, CITATION.cff, codemeta.json, the app's own "How to cite" section (APA and BibTeX) and the credits page of the user manual, which was joined and printed again (92 pages).

Version 1.0.0 keeps its own DOI, 10.5281/zenodo.22907826.
