Fix duplicate generator and FeedView double-subscribe on startup

  • Both samples now use NuGet PackageReference (Luke.Mvux.Wpf/Avalonia 0.0.1)
    instead of ProjectReference — generator bundled in package works automatically
  • Remove samples/Directory.Build.targets that was injecting local generator
    on top of the NuGet package copy, causing CS0102 duplicate WeatherViewModel
  • FeedView.OnSourceChanged: guard with IsLoaded to prevent double Restart()
    on startup (Source binding fires before Loaded, causing first subscription
    to be immediately cancelled — visible as TaskCanceledException in debugger)
