Hallvi 0.1.1-alpha.23
One web server where one is enough.
- No second web server in front of the first. Hallvi's operator was told to put a proxy in front of every application and to use Caddy when there was none, so a static site whose files nginx already served got Caddy in front of it as well. It now picks the web server that answers HTTPS itself and says which and why; on a fresh server it gave the existing nginx a certificate instead of adding another server.

Hallvi 0.1.1-alpha.22
One name for each process.
- Each process listed once. Hallvi's operator no longer reads conversations from before Pi 1.0, so it could name a running process afresh and Processes listed the same web server twice. When it names a process the application has never mentioned, Hallvi now shows it the names already in use so it reuses the right one.

Hallvi 0.1.1-alpha.21
A fix for conversations that began before Hallvi moved to Pi 1.0.
- The latest reply is where you look. A conversation from before Pi 1.0 drew every finished call from that older history under the newest message, so it opened on weeks-old command cards and the reply being written sat out of sight. Those calls are no longer drawn there; they stay in Logs.

Hallvi 0.1.1-alpha.20
Long conversations open much faster, Hallvi works properly on a phone, and a round of fixes makes pages say one thing at a time.
- Long conversations open faster. Command output and call results load when you open them instead of with the page, so a long conversation's page is about 85% smaller and appears in about half the time. Opening an old call's output reads just that call.
- Reconnecting sends only what changed. When the connection to Hallvi drops and comes back, an unchanged conversation is no longer sent again in full.
- Quieter in the background. A page you are not looking at stops checking for changes and reads afresh when you return, and each page reads what it needs once when it opens.
- Hallvi on a phone. The top of an application is one compact row, with Hallvi's menu and Settings in reach from every page. Deployment, Processes and Database lists stack each row instead of scrolling sideways, and a release's steps fit the screen.
- One way of saying when. Times read "just now", "5 min ago", "3 h ago" or "2 days ago" everywhere, and a reading nobody took says "not recorded". Message times change to the date after midnight.
- Pages that agree with themselves. Access no longer shows a working tunnel under a head that says it is closed, has its title like every other page, and keeps its publish offer on the title row. Overview is titled with the application's name and uses the same plain labels before and after deployment. A stopped reply shows its text once, Backups says once that it has no copy, and Deployment hides Took when nothing was timed.
- Clearer failures and links. Reading a recovery kit that fails shows the error with Retry instead of waiting forever. Logs offers History only for commands that have an entry there, and finished commands in older conversations no longer look unfinished.
- Smaller fixes. Buttons draw at their intended size and weight, Traffic's chart stays in place while its first totals arrive, keyboard focus stays out of what an expanded Terminal or the plugin's sheet covers, and the Codex plugin panel draws tables in replies.

Hallvi 0.1.1-alpha.19
Read Architecture diagrams more comfortably and open Overview reliably while setup is unfinished.
- Diagram parts stay separate. The source repository and Hallvi controller have their own space, connection labels stay clear of neighboring cards, and long server names remain readable with their full text in the details.
- More consistent narrow layouts. Diagrams keep their labels legible and show when you can scroll to see more. Details wrap long names, and Architecture's heading aligns with the other application views.
- Overview opens before deployment. Applications with a saved architecture and no verified deployment open on Overview without a server-rendering error. Return visits restore the saved expanded or folded log after the page loads.

Hallvi 0.1.1-alpha.18
Open an application on Overview, with steadier navigation and long conversations.
- Overview is the starting view. Opening an application from the list or application switcher starts on Overview. Choose Main operator or a side conversation in the sidebar to talk to Hallvi; conversation links, refresh and browser Back/Forward keep the selected view.
- Long conversations stay in place. Moving between a destination and a conversation keeps the messages and drafts already loaded, and opening a conversation avoids downloading the same history twice.
- Clearer navigation and narrow layouts. Sidebar groups, tables, keyboard focus and background refresh are more consistent, and conversation controls and dialogs remain usable in narrow windows.
- Updated Next.js. This release includes the Next.js 16.3.8 update.

Hallvi 0.1.1-alpha.17
Hallvi's operator now runs on Pi 1.0. Your applications are as they were, and conversations start fresh.
- Pi 1.0 underneath. Pi 1.0 replaced the part Hallvi's conversations ran on, so they now run on its new durable runtime, which Pi still marks experimental. Pi keeps each conversation in a store of its own. Sending, steering, Stop, and Continue after a restart work as before.
- Conversations start empty after this update. Each keeps its title and its application. Applications, servers, saved information, recorded work, secrets, traffic and connections are untouched, and Pi picks an application up again from what it saved about it and from the server. The earlier conversation files stay on disk, unchanged.
- A message that waited gets its own answer. A follow-up sent while Pi was working is answered as work of its own, with its own answer and evidence, instead of sharing the answer of the work before it. A message that steers Pi still joins the work it steers.
- Recovery copies take open conversations as they stand. The copy Hallvi takes of its records before an update copies each conversation safely, even one Pi has open.

Hallvi 0.1.1-alpha.16
Open an application with a long conversation without waiting, under a quieter alpha strip.
- Long conversations open on their latest messages. The newest messages are in place as the page appears, and earlier ones are drawn above them without moving what you are reading. Hallvi no longer draws the whole conversation first and then travels to its end.
- Typing and live replies stay quick. A message is redrawn only when it changes, so a keystroke, a streamed word or the clock no longer redraws the whole conversation.
- Links stay where they take you. A link to a message or record opens on it, and the conversation no longer carries you back to its end.
- A calmer alpha strip. The notice at the top is now part of the frame: the navigation column's own tint, a small Alpha tag and "Running on" your machine's name, in a thinner strip instead of an amber band. In a narrow window the sentence folds before the machine's name is cut.

Hallvi 0.1.1-alpha.15
Meet the same Hallvi in the product as on hallvi.com: its mascot is now one flat drawing everywhere.
- One mascot. Little Server on the applications home, Add application, a new application's welcome, Overview and Monitoring is the flat drawing from hallvi.com instead of a 3D model. It keeps its moods, greetings and dances, and each application's caretaker keeps its colour.
- It arrives with the page. The mascot no longer needs WebGL or a 3D library, so it is drawn as the page loads instead of appearing a moment later, and a home with many applications no longer runs a 3D scene for each.
- What Hallvi says sits beside its head. On Add application the speech bubble starts next to the mascot's head and clear of its raised hand, as on hallvi.com.
- Matching small marks. The browser tab icon, the small mascot beside a working reply and the plugin panel's mark wear the same colours. The mascot beside the closing notes on Environment Variables and Cache & queue is now visible.

Hallvi 0.1.1-alpha.14
Keep completed replies visible, choose the right application and stop interrupted work even when the model connection needs renewing.
- Distinct application names. The application switcher shows each saved name, so two deployments of the same repository stay distinguishable. Switching and reloading keep each conversation's draft with its own application.
- Stop without signing in again. After a worker restart, Stop can cancel interrupted work and unread queued messages even if the model login has expired. It does not start model calls or server commands.
- Replies stay complete. A delayed page response can no longer replace a completed live reply with an older partial reply or leave the conversation looking busy.
- Forgotten traffic stays forgotten on screen. Forget clears the page's saved chart as well as the stored totals, so restarting collection cannot bring deleted figures back when the next read fails.
- Overview starts with visitors. Deployed applications show recorded visitor traffic first, followed by response time, server errors, server load and the running release. Unknown facts remain explicit.
