v0.3.6 adds DSH Desktop support and continues to support DSH 0.2.0-rc.1 and compatible 0.2.x releases. Existing notification settings need no migration. Restart DSH after installing or upgrading.

• Fixes HTTP 403 when saving settings in the desktop app. The config route now uses host authentication and rejects unauthenticated local reads; deployments without the host connection service retain the origin guard.
• Defaults host system notifications to off in the desktop app and sends notifications from the app window instead. Explicit user settings take precedence. The System notifications switch remains available as a fallback if the OS drops app notifications.
• Sends completion notices for the open session when the desktop window loses focus, and covers task errors in app notifications.
• Removes message.guiUrl and links from all push channels and browser notifications. Messages now contain a title and body only.

Adds support for DeepSeek Harness (DSH) 0.2.0-rc.1. Upgrade DSH before upgrading this plugin.

The ^0.1.7-rc.1 peer range in v0.3.4 excludes DSH 0.2.0-rc.1, causing DSH to skip the entire plugin bundle during compatibility checks. v0.3.5 updates all 47 @deepseek-ai/dsh-* peer ranges and matching development dependencies to ^0.2.0-rc.1, covering compatible 0.2.x releases. Companion dependencies and plugin logic are unchanged; notification settings need no migration or reset.

Verified: pnpm install, pnpm peers check, pnpm typecheck, pnpm test (147/147), pnpm build, and pnpm pack --dry-run passed. Compatibility and profile loading checks passed against DSH 0.2.0-rc.1. The settings page and config route have not yet been checked after a DSH restart.

• Host notifications read the latest configuration at delivery time, so settings changes take effect immediately.
• Browser notifications stay disabled if configuration loading fails.
• Browser notifications now respect trigger filters, and configuration refreshes when a background tab becomes visible.
• Save controls remain visible in the settings form, which also shows the number of unsaved changes.
