Repository navigation
Capka v0.45.0 🐾
Added
- Settings > Connections: an existing provider can be edited (Edit in the expanded row: base URL, API key, model, name; blank key keeps the stored one, changes are tested first) and any connection can be renamed, not only LiteLLM/Ollama.
GET /api/settings/providersnow returnshasKey/keyHint(last four); no schema change. - Quick Look previews Word, PowerPoint, OpenDocument and RTF files (converted to PDF in the chat's running sandbox, reusing the tile renderer's cache) and spreadsheets (xlsx, xls, ods, csv, tsv) as a table; PDFs now render in-app with pdf.js, so they also open on phones. Restart the platform so the new
/api/sandbox/files/pdfroute is served.
Changed
- The model list is kept for 5 minutes across chat navigation (refreshed in the background once stale or on window focus) instead of being re-fetched on every chat; editing a connection or the model filters clears it. A connection's name is edited only in its Edit dialog, no longer inline in the row.
- Files staged in the composer (and in the message editors) are one row of compact chips (picture, name, kind and size) instead of large stacked cards, so the box no longer scrolls inside itself on a phone; × shows on hover with a mouse, always on touch.
- Opening a chat renders its messages with the page instead of after a second request (
GET /api/chatstill runs in the background to refresh them). - A long paste that became a text file shows an "As text" button on its chip that puts the text back into the box, editable.
- On desktop the answer sits closer under the user's message: copy/edit/fork appear on hover or keyboard focus without reserving a row. Phones keep them in place.
- The dictation language beside the microphone reads as a quiet three-letter code (УКР, ENG, POL) instead of a bare chevron; tapping it opens the same language and level popover.
- The chat header shows the chat's name (it opens the chat menu), a files button with a count, and Share; on phones it is a frosted bar that clears the notch. Rename is one dialog everywhere, with "Suggest a name" in place of the separate "Regenerate title" item.
- Skills, Connectors and Plugins are reached from the composer tray's "Capabilities" only; the "+" menu is just what you bring in (files, a folder, secrets).
- The composer shows the model and answer depth as quiet text ("Model · Depth"; context-size and shared-key badges are admin-only), keeps the send button visible beside the microphone, and has a tray underneath: Project, Capabilities (Files lives in the chat header; the tray shows it only on a new chat inside a project).
- The transcript fades out above the composer, and the scroll-to-bottom button rests on that fade.
- Double-clicking a chat in the sidebar (or F2 on a focused one) renames it in place; Enter saves, Esc cancels. The menu's Rename still opens the dialog.
- A long message from the user (or an automation's prompt) folds to six lines with "Show all" / "Show less", re-measured when the window or sidebar width changes.
- The (i) popover writes long work times the same way as the "Worked for …" header ("12 min", "1 h 5 min").
- A quiet centred timestamp ("today 12:16", "yesterday 09:40", or the date) sits above a conversation's first message and the first message of each new day.
- The browser tab title carries only a count ("(2) …"; the ●/⟳/✓ glyphs are gone, the state stays on the favicon dot), and it counts replies that finished during this visit, not every never-opened chat the sidebar marks unread.
Fixed
- A connector step that failed because the service needs signing in again shows that sentence in the reader's language (and to non-admins too) instead of the English tool error.
