MA TradeLab v2.5.4 delivers a major upgrade to the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) integration module, introducing seamless one-click historical trade report importing, atomic database transactions, composite key duplicate prevention, and automated master account recognition.

1. ?? Automatic MT5 Historical Report File Import

  • Direct 1-Click Import: Directly parse and import MT5 HTML Detailed Reports and CSV statements without requiring active platform connection, EA installation, or WebRequest configurations.
  • 100% Incremental Sync & Duplicate Prevention: Identifies trades uniquely by MT5 Deal Ticket and Position ID. Repeated imports skip existing records and safely update open positions when new exit prices appear.
  • Automatic Master Account Recognition: Automatically creates and updates AccountOverview records with broker name, account number, initial balance, and closed PnL-immediately selecting the imported account in the top-left account selector dropdown.

2. ? Expert Advisor & Live Localhost Sync Reliability

  • Local Time Clock Safeguard: Replaced quote-dependent TimeCurrent() with TimeLocal() for timer intervals in the MQL5 EA, ensuring uninterrupted heartbeats and position checks even when markets are closed.
  • Phantom Open Positions Clearing: In-memory aggregator clears all open positions when zero positions remain in MT5.
  • Connection Lifecycle Watchdog: 10-second heartbeat watchdog promptly detects MT5 terminal shutdown.
  • High-Frequency Ingestion Deadlock Fix: Separated history batch ingestion from real-time live events to eliminate SQLite database locks.

3. ?? Interactive Bilingual Setup & Import Guide

  • Comprehensive interactive modal in both Arabic and English guiding users step-by-step through both Method 1 (1-Click File Export & Import) and Method 2 (Live EA Connector).

What's new

  • Economic Calendar accuracy: central-bank speeches and appearances (e.g. FOMC member speeches) now keep the rating given by the news source instead of being inflated to High impact.
  • "Actual" values: shown as "—" when a release has no actual value, and "N/A" only where it does not apply, so missing data is no longer confused with zero.
  • Multiple free official sources: the Federal Reserve calendar plus FRED and BLS data are merged and cross-checked, with automatic fallback if one source is unavailable.
  • Device time zone: event times are stored in UTC and displayed and compared in your device's local time zone.
  • Pre-Trade news gate: high-impact US releases (CPI, jobs report, FOMC) are covered through 2027; the pre-release window check was made more reliable.
  • Stability and reliability fixes.
