Fix from Kestrel's review (#2613):

• A prompt that starts with - (like '-5 degrees is cold, why?' or a markdown bullet) is passed to pi after --, so it is read as a prompt (#672).
• A mistyped flag like --attch is an error instead of becoming part of the prompt.

aion v0.1.0

First release. One capped call to Aion 3.5 (through OpenRouter) from the command line, for any agent or script.

Install (needs Rust, an OpenRouter key and the pi agent):

Caps default to $0.10 a call, $10 a day and $10 a month. The per-call cap stops a call after the turn that reaches it, so a call can cost more than the cap; the README says how much.
