First release. One capped call to Aion 3.5 (through OpenRouter) from the command line, for any agent or script.

Install (needs Rust, an OpenRouter key and the pi agent):

cargo install --git https://github.com/mackenziebowes/aion
export OPENROUTER_API_KEY=...
aion ask --attach notes.md "Which claim is weakest?"

Caps default to $0.10 a call, $10 a day and $10 a month. The per-call cap stops a call after the turn that reaches it, so a call can cost more than the cap; the README says how much.
