  • Reuse native image-check caches for beta release builds and keep version-only labels out of expensive build layers. Existing tests and audits remain enabled.
  • Correct the OpenCode readiness test's stale 2.1.2 expectation to the shipped 2.2.5 pin.
  • Explicitly establish remote HEAD in OpenChamber's option-like-remote test fixture for Debian Git 2.47, without weakening its branch-discovery or security assertions. Add fail-closed source-patcher regression tests.
  • Ship OpenCode CLI/plugin 2.2.5, OpenChamber 2.5.3 and Bun 1.4.4, retaining the Ingress asset/API/terminal-WebAssembly and private-backend adaptations. Refresh reviewed security locks; local production dependency audits report zero advisories within their documented scope.
  • Fix compacted V1 conversation migration while preserving summaries, retained context and original history (#195). Support guarded copy-on-write upgrades from OpenCode 2.1.2; stop rather than discard nonempty pending input.
  • Reconcile narrowly checked root-owned terminal state and improve path-specific errors (#197, #206). Add read-only migration diagnostics while preserving unknown artifacts; definitive repairs still need affected-host evidence (#202, #207).
  • Add revision-guarded atomic safe writes, verified recovery copies, a shared writer lock and truthful recovery outcomes (#198). Writes require the dry-run revision. Full HA validation remains post-save; external editors are outside the shared lock, and uncertain transactions stop for recovery review.
  • Add redacted Supervisor app inspection and expiring, revision-bound preview/approval flows, preserving secrets and verifying readback (#199). Supervisor lacks atomic conditional saves; credentials, array replacement and deletion remain manual.
  • Add a separately permissioned read-only HAB inspection subset with enforced command/flag restrictions (#203).
  • Add LAN-local single-use pairing, expiring device credentials and individual revocation without exposing the private backend credential (#205). Trusted HTTPS/proxy checks remain mandatory; app/worker restart revokes local devices. Physical native-client acceptance remains unverified.
  • Wait for same-location integration/plugin activation before OpenChamber OAuth, mitigating a cold-start race without replaying authorization (#208). Real-account sign-in and model rejection still need confirmation; the report is not claimed resolved.
  • Document and schema-test remote ProsperoAI inference independently of optional search MCP (#200).
  • Beta only; stable is unchanged. Focused checks and native CI boundary tests do not replace installed Supervisor, real-account or physical-client acceptance. Unavailable checks and unresolved reports remain explicitly unverified.
