The server instructions and the mainwp-dashboard skill now tell agents to load a site's knowledge summary
(get_site_knowledge_v1, when the Dashboard offers it) before advising on, planning or drafting work for that site,
even after reading one record the user named or a knowledge list. Neither shows which client and agency records apply
to the site. For client-wide work, agents load the client's summary (get_client_knowledge_v1, when the Dashboard
offers it) and then each site's summary. When a summary cannot be loaded, agents tell the user which knowledge was not
loaded. The skill also says that showing one record the user asked for needs only that record.
