Claude Switcher 1.0

First release. Several Claude Desktop accounts side by side on one Mac, one Dock icon each.

Install: curl -fsSL https://make-become.github.io/claude-switcher/install.sh | sh
Universal (Apple silicon + Intel), macOS 13+. Not notarised: the installer clears the download quarantine; installing by hand, open it the first time with right-click → Open.
