Thanks for maintaining this excellent package. Any chance you could make a new release now that this dependency has been unpinned? The xarray-spatial pinned numpy version is gumming up one of our environments: pangeo-data/pangeo-docker-images#287 (comment) |

Now that numba 0.55 has been released with support for numpy 1.21 and python 3.10, we no longer need to pin to a max numpy version ourselves.
Fixes issue #565.
