NeoByteForce titles additions to the neogeo.xml

Hey there,

Not really an issue, just announcing here that you can freely add Cyborg Force and Captain Barrel from OzzyOuzo and Johnny16Bit into the rom description list. (neogeo.xml)
As the author of these games, I approve this and guarantee that there will be no legal issues etc.

NeoByteForce company no longer exists anyway... (rip)

as a side note Captain Barrel is also available for ngcd :)
if u need the software to add the entry into ./hash/neocd.xml don't hesitate to contact us.
