I’d just like a bit of detail on the new Piko dumps. How were the old one found to be bad? Were they defaced/watermarked or something obvious?

Is it confirmed that this is the same version as the one with SHA1 916bf6e3e7b884a91802d9238f469776e986c791 and not a different revision? If it is, how did we end up with a bad dump previously?
