Download RigShift-win-Setup.exe - installs for your Windows user without administrator rights and keeps itself up to date. RigShift-win-Portable.zip runs from a folder without installing. The other files are for the updater and for checking the download.

RigShift is not code-signed, so Windows SmartScreen may ask first: More info → Run anyway. To check a download, compare it with SHA256SUMS or run gh attestation verify RigShift-win-Setup.exe --repo ManuelStaggl/RigShift.

  • Own game settings per game (game → Game): values a game keeps in one file for every mode, such as Le Mans
    Ultimate's graphics for monitor and VR. RigShift writes the entry's values before the game starts, and once it has
    closed takes over what you changed in its menu and puts the previous values back. A copy of the file goes to
    %AppData%\RigShift\backups\game-settings before every write; nothing is written while the game runs. For Le Mans
    Ultimate on Steam the file and the graphics keys are filled in when you turn it on.
