Patch. Two fixes found on the first real day of the shared HU Board.

Fixed

  • kj hu add works in a repo with no kj labels yet (KJC-BUG-0393): gh label list --json prints nothing at all, not [], when no label matches, and kj failed with "Unexpected end of JSON input". An empty listing is now an empty list.
  • A local HU from before the shared board stays local (KJC-BUG-0392): with the shared board on, kj hu move HU-0104 took the old local id as issue #104. Zero-padded ids now stay on the local board until the migration, and kj only reads or edits issues labelled kj:hu.
