Seems to work (AppVeyor's build is green).

Fixes appveyor/ci#497 (not really, but works around it).

Fixes #549.

Fixes #557.

Might need git commit --allow-empty -m "[publish binary]" afterwards.

The corresponding binary is published.

Then I have also locally checked that npm install sqlite3 on Windows 64bit with Node 5.1.0 is successful and the binary is downloaded (not locally built).
