Versioning

From this release on, the gem version tracks the Lightning CSS release it packages: Gem version v1.33.0 bundles Lightning CSS v1.33.0. That is the jump from v0.2.0 straight to v1.33.0.

Lightning CSS numbers its Rust crate differently from its releases, so v1.33.0 ships the crate as 1.0.0-alpha.72. The gem follows the release, since that is the version everything else calls it, and LightningCSS.lightningcss_version still reports the crate a given build was compiled against.

LightningCSS::VERSION             #=> "1.33.0"
LightningCSS.lightningcss_version #=> "1.0.0-alpha.72"

So the version tells you which Lightning CSS you get, not how settled this gem's own Ruby API is. Re-releases for the same Lightning CSS version add a fourth digit, as in v1.33.0.1.
