Fixes Codex installation from the npm package, including nested commands and missing support files. Existing project guidance is preserved; duplicate prompt names fail before writes.
Restores CI and security verification, with regression checks for packed installation, security-result parsing, workflow inputs, and optional epic state. Package installation is verified on Windows and Linux.
Update with npm install -g spec-flow@11.9.2 or run npx spec-flow@11.9.2.
Changes: #6 and #7. Existing workflow contracts remain unchanged.
