Bug Fixes

ce:review runs with more than 32 surviving findings can now finish instead of failing at merge with a generic internal error. Run-wide collections now have separate bounds, including capacity for 2,048 findings, while per-reviewer limits remain unchanged. The aggregate input byte cap still applies. (#1205)

Prepare and merge now return named, bounded rejections for output-schema failures, and merge validates the prepared survivor set passed back by the parent. Finalize rejects screened findings without exactly one confidence disposition rather than silently dropping them. Error output is bounded across pipeline phases and artifact validators, and validator guidance now calls for bounded batches and records missing responses as unavailable. The published schemas and bundled validator have been updated; older validators still reject artifacts exceeding the previous limits.

Documentation

A new solution write-up explains how a per-reviewer cap became a run-level bottleneck, how the replacement bounds are derived, and how to test capacity boundaries and byte headroom. It also documents typed rejections and validation of the prepared envelope as untrusted input. (#1207)
