feat: high-contrast theme + GitHub auto-update

- Rewrite renderer palette as solid, high-contrast tokens for light and dark
  (no gradients), with a shared theme map driving the native window background
- Add electron-updater backed by GitHub Releases: 15s first check, 6h interval,
  explicit download/install by the user, per-version skip persisted in
  userData, and IPC/preload/renderer surfaces plus a persistent update banner
- Move electron-updater to runtime deps and keep it external in the esbuild
  bundle so it resolves from packaged node_modules
- Publish to masadzim/SelfDev-Desktop via electron-builder; add NSIS x64 target
- Bump to 1.1.0
